It’s time to register for the 2025 UCIEP Annual Conference and Business Meeting in Bandera, Texas! The theme for this conference is Stability as Success: Sustaining, Developing, Diversifying

Getting ready for the conference is a 4-step process: 

1. Register for the Conference before December 31.
2. Download and complete the Housing Registration Form, email it to the Flying L Ranch (click link to access form), and pay the Room Deposit before December 31.
3. Let us know when you register if you will be taking the bus to and from the Flying L Ranch.
4. We have been provided with a one-time $500 travel award from the UCIEP Alumni Group in honor of Kate O'Connor. The award will be paid by UCIEP to the Flying L to cover a portion of the winner's accommodations during the 2025 Director's Conference. If you would like to be considered for the award, please let us know when you register. The Professional Development Committee will randomly select a winner to receive the award on January 3, 2025.
